As a family run ministry, we are blessed to be able to continue to serve you through this season.
In order to comply with government regulations, and even more importantly to keep you and us safe, we are limiting the number of times we go out to dispatch parcels to once or twice per week.
Royal Mail have also extended their delivery estimates by additional 3-4 days.This means you may experience a slight delay in receiving your parcel and also means we are unable to offer Expedited Delivery for the time being.

Standard delivery - 3-7 days - £1.95
FREE on orders of £50 or more
We are able to deliver throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (standard delivery)
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail. If your order is over £40 a signature will be required.
Expedited delivery orders or large/heavy orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or courier and will require a signature.
Where applicable you will be advised of the tracking number once your order is dispatched.
The above delivery times are a guide only, as occasionally there may be unexpected delays following dispatch which are out of our control.
Occasionally there may be delays in your parcel being delivered to you following dispatch.
If you have not received your parcel, please first check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail depot.
If you are still unable to locate it, it is essential that you contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we will either locate it for you or we will replace it.
Please note, we are unable to replace parcels that have been signed for or have been delivered to a non-residential address.
Please carefully check the delivery address you have given us and let us know as soon as possible if there is an error.
If your parcel is returned to us because of an error in the delivery address or because it was uncollected from a depot, we are happy to resend it with a small additional charge for re-delivery.
All destinations outside of the UK - 7-10 business days - £9.95 for all order values
We are able to offer delivery to most international destinations.
If you are unsure about delivery to your destination, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Most international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.
Bulky orders may be sent by an alternative courier. A signature may be required.
Where applicable, you will be advised of the tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please note, import taxes and duties may be added at some destinations outside of the European Union.
This is at the discretion of customs in the destination country and unfortunately we cannot be liable for any additional charges incurred.
You may wish to contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No hassle returns up to 14 days (UK orders)
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you decide you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return a garment, simply click to complete our online Returns Form and follow the instructions on how to return your garment to us. Please note you will need to submit a new form for each item you wish to return.
Garments should be returned within 7 working days of initiating your return.
Garments must be returned unused and unwashed. Garments not in re-saleable condition may not be eligible for a full refund unless by prior agreement.
We suggest keeping your packaging until you are sure you are happy with your order.
We ask customers to cover the cost of returns.
Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your item, however please note it may take up to 5 days for refunds to reflect on your account.
If you have requested an exchange, this will be dispatched free of charge within 2 working days of receiving your returned item, subject to stock availability.
We are able to offer exchanges only on products purchased in person at an event, subject to availability.
If you would like to make an exchange for the same product in an alternative size, please contact us within 7 days of making your purchase.
You will need your electronic receipt as proof of purchase. This would have been sent to you immediately by text or e-mail. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without this receipt.
We ask you to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service. Once your garment has been received and inspected, your exchange will be posted out within 48 hours. Please do not return garments until we have confirmed that your exchange is available and has been reserved.
If you would like to return an order placed from outside of the UK, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We ask customers to cover the cost of return postage, but we may be able to advise on how to return the garment to us.
If an exchange is requested, an additional delivery charge will be applied.
Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are unable to accept returns for custom designs or bulk orders (5 or more of the same product).

We know that people come in different shapes and sizes, and so do our garments!
Our garments come in a variety of styles and fits. Additionally some garments are unisex and some are specifically for men or women. This means recommended sizes vary from product to product.
Don't worry! We've made it really easy by including a product-specific size guide on every product page.
The product descriptions will also advise you if the garment is designed to be fitted, semi-relaxed or baggy/loose fitting.

We occasionally offer discounts on products using discount codes which may be entered at the checkout stage.
You may use one discount code per qualifying transaction.
Discount codes are not applicable to Last Chance to Buy items unless specifically stated.

Pre-orders are now available on most t-shirts.
If your preferred t-shirt size is out of stock please pre-order by selecting any available size and indicating your preferred size in the free-text box on the product page.
Your t-shirt will be posted out at no additional cost as soon as it becomes available!

We are a husband and wife team and occasionally we take time out together. During these times please do go ahead and place your order and we will dispatch them as soon as we return!
